Mr. Marshall is a licensed professional engineer with over 20 years of civil engineering and management experience, specializing in the land development process, including obtaining state and municipal approvals for projects, plan set development, stormwater management, site/lot grading, utility profiling and PennDOT, PADEP and Conservation District permitting. He is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering. As the Manager of Engineering Services, Keith shares his knowledge and experience with the staff and works closely with the various departments and staff to ensure proper resources are available and deadlines are met.
Keith has managed many projects such as the $150 million redevelopment of the Valley Forge Casino Resort and the $250 million, 150,000 sf expansion at the King of Prussia Mall for Simon. He is an active participant in the Chester County Engineers, Home Builders Association of Chester & Delaware Counties and member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and National Society of Professional Engineers.
